The Doctors are good but the administration is JUST TERRIBLE! They don't answer the phone, if they do you get transferred around, they don't really know were to send you and then you end up in a answering machine! And after that they never return your call! Then you start the process again and will be lucky if get a follow up appointment after a week of this! This is by far the worst experience so far!

Just had my first visit. Staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Prasad is easy to talk to...and that counts for A LOT. He has a good sense of humor and comes straight to the point. I arrived, addressed my problem, discussed what needs to be done and was out of there! Nothing better than a quick office visit!

CVC is a very dispassionate corporation that will give an already suffering heart patient more stress. Whenever you want to talk to someone concerning any issues or need paperwork, you will be bounced around the corporate phone tree until you are connected to an answering machine. You will be lucky if they call you back within a few days. This has happened to me almost every time I needed to get information. They will not give out the phone number to your doctor’s office, so you cannot call the nurse, MA, or anyone else related to your medical case directly. Each time I call, I feel like I am talking to a cell phone company or cable company that does not care one bit about my situation. I had to threaten to drop CVC as my medical provider just to get a call back within two days. Many hospitals will automatically assign you to this assembly-line company while you are in the hospital. You DO NOT have to use them. Do your homework and find a cardiac medical provider that will actually treat you like a patient and sign up with them as opposed to CVC.
