I came in the day of my first appointment and my first and last name were spelled Incorrectly even though I had spelled both for the girl on the phone at least 3 times. I had to wait for her to fix the paperwork and re print them so I could fill them out correctly. My appointment was scheduled for 9am and I had arrived 20 min early as directed, but did not get called back into a room until after 9:30. The scribe taking my medical history was via zoom on a projector and the entire process was extremely uncomfortable and awkward as when he was done taking my information he sat there on camera while on his phone. I sat in awkward silence for well over 30 minuites before the doctor finally entered. Dr. Swarup himself didn't even do an exam, and didn't ask many questions at all. He simply re read the information the scribe had taken and asked me if i had seen a neurologist yet. Then he explained that they'd order a few tests and schedule a follow up for afterwards. I was glad he got to the point, however I saw him for maybe 10 mins total after waiting over an hour past my appointment time. The only reason I left somewhat satisfied is that they were able to place a heart monitor on me that same day and I'd return hopeful for the tilt table test. Today I am here for the tilt table test and upon entry into the most of the clinic staff at the front desk are not wearing their masks correctly and seem highly unorganized and very unprofessional when working with patients. Overall I'm frustrated with the wait times and the little time actually visiting with the doctor, scheduling took a very long time, and the fact that health care workers can not wear a mask correctly and will willingly endanger patients is ridiculous. I hope Dr. Swarup is worth this.

Loved Dr. Mehta. But the Office is very understaffed . I have Tried for two weeks to get a hold of the office to get a referral for physical therapy that Dr. Mehta Had recommended for my husband. And over that he would not have another heart attack and could strengthen his walls of his arteries. Instead of answering the phone it goes straight to music .I have waited as long as 40 minutes to no avail . Was finally answered & told after waiting 45 minutes that they only had 2 people working as others were on lunch break. but I have called them morning and late afternoon and had the same results each time no matter what time of the day it was. Even tried pushing different choices as they said you could choose zero if you were a doctor or a hospital calling etc. I was still send straight to music. This is so unprofessional. It is to the point that I’m going to switch doctors just because if I had an emergency I needed something more serious than what I have right now I would probably never get to speak to anyone in the office to convey this. These people are working with people who have heart conditions what a terrible place to try to fight with your doctors by putting everyone on to music instead of answering the phone. I can see the IRS doing this but not a cardiologist office. For shame on Dr’s for not treating there staff better & Shame on the staff for taking frustrations out on the patients . Again ., I feel bad about this because I love Dr. Mehta . I feel like we paid the price for the dysfunctional running of this office . It’s going to put these amazing Dr’s out of business
