        I went to the Southwest Vein Institute for a consultation and was told by the office that the consultation should be covered by my insurance. I ended up receiving a $350 bill for the consultation because my insurance only discounted the visit. My suggestion is check with your insurance yourself (which I now realize I should of done) before you visit. The people in the office were very nice and helpful during my visit, I only gave a 4 star rating because I feel like they should of told me to call my insurance to find out for sure how much it was going to cost before my visit.
