This clinic is very unorganized. When an appointment is made the transportation doesn’t pick client up on time or not at all. Then the staff blames the client for missing the scheduled appointment. Scheduled appointments are not convenient for client having to come into clinic 2 times a week to be seen by nurse and pick up medication. Why can this not be scheduled on the same day? When client gets upset about lack of communication, the clinic staff escalates the issue instead of de-escalating situations. People go there because they are dealing with mental issues, if you are not patient enough to handle these kind of clients then maybe the staff needs to find another occupation or needs more training. AVOID THIS CLINIC!!

Dr. Dekker and Dr. Brown are the best psychiatrists I have ever been seen by. They both really care about their patients, and will take the extra time to get to the root of the problem. Both these doctors take great care when developing their clients treatment plans. They use a collaborative approach, which includes the patient with the goals and treatments outlined in their evaluations. I have been receiving mental health services in the valley for the past 29 years. Never have I been to a clinic that truly puts their patients first. In a managed care society, most behavior health practitioners see their patients a limited number of times, with the goal of medication stabilization or just simply to get the patient through a crises. Not so with this clinic. These doctors have a healing touch, and both work with their patients to make them functional and happy human beings. Best clinic in the valley!
