AZ Body Mechanics & High Street Medical

If I could give zero stars, I would. Some history............AZ Body Mechanics was a business that was run by a husband and wife. The husband's name is Dr Ehren Doty. The wife (ex) is Dr Stacey DeWolf. I dealt exclusively with Dr Doty and never saw Dr DeWolf in the practice. I had an agreement with Dr Doty regarding payments for services. I would pay a set fee each time I visited, usually it was $30. Once I met my insurance deductible, I would give Dr Doty all my benefit payments. This agreement seemed to work great until Dr Doty and Dr DeWolf decided to divorce and split up the business. Basically, Dr Doty left AZ Body Mechanics to Dr DeWolf. Now, 9 months since my last visit, I get a bill from Dr DeWolf aka AZ Body Mechanics, that I owe them $4169.33. Well, to say the least, this is not only unprofessional but unethical. In reviewing my bill, there seems to be billing discrepancies, double billing for chiropractic adjustments during the same day visit, a TENs unit that I didn't even want or need, etc. In contact with other patients that have gone there, there seems to be an effort by Dr DeWolf to collect on fees that are not correct with the threat of collection efforts and credit harm.

I have been a part of the AZ Body Mechanics family since their inception. I appreciate the positive attitude of each employee. I am most impressed the the high level of background knowledge they have about any question I ask. Thank you for being the utmost in professionalism and maintaining a caring environment.

I went to AZ Body Mechanics to help me with my flexibility. I tried the one on one work with Jen. I felt like she was focused, careful and thoughtful with my routine. I would highly recommend this studio!
