I was overwhelmed and didn't know what to do or where to turn when our house was flooded when the toilet line broke. We came home from vacation to find everything soaking wet and moldy. Tavisha helped my family so much by getting the insurance company to set up a rental house for us. She got our claim settled fairly quickly and for three times the amount the insurance company wanted to pay us before we hired her. Yes, she can be a little slow to return calls, but we always knew that she was working hard to get our claim settled and, in the end, she did what she said she could do.

Well I hired them for an insurance claim. Everything went well at first, I received my insurance check minus the depreciation amount and Property Claim Adjuster received their 15 percent cut. Now that I need them to complete their end of the bargain to recover the rest of my money before the dead line, I can't get ahold of them. I talked to the owner (Tavisha L Grant) twice and she told me that they were going to take care of this, so far I haven't heard anything yet and they are not returning any of my numerous calls. i hired tavisha to help with my claim. the insurance company was not giving me much $$ as i thought they should for when my water pipe broken and flooded my house. she took care of everything and got more than 2 times what i had before. shes good and i would hire her again if hopefully not something like this happens ever again.
