Mark was a phenomenal help from the beginning to the end of the process of getting an engagement ring for my (now) fiancé. He appraised my diamond right in front of me the day after I first called. He clearly explained all of the reasons for the final appraisal and even let me look at the diamond through his equipment. After the appraisal u decided to work with Mark to purchase a ring and to set the diamond in it for the finished product. He cast a beautiful ring that was exactly what I was looking for at a very affordable price. Before meeting with Mark I did not know much about jewelry and was a bit intimidated by the process of buying the engagement ring. Mark was very helpful and I look forward to working with him in the future!

10/10!!!! Mark was absolutely amazing to work with and made the process of selling my engagement ring seamless for me. I initially went to Mark just to get an appraisal on my engagement ring so that I could try and sell it independently. I found Mark online, called him and got an appointment the same day. He did a great job with the appraisal and gave me all documentation and information I needed for a very fair price. I was completely new to the world of selling jewelry and felt very unsure of how to do it safely and for the right pricing so I reached out to him and requested his assistance to sell the ring as well. Mark was extremely accommodating, made me feel super comfortable by answering all of my questions, and assisted me in selling my engagement ring with little effort on my behalf. He handled the appraisal, communication with all potential buyers, gained my consent on everything before moving forward, and sold my ring for the price I requested within a very short period of time. Not only did Mark make this process incredibly easy for me, he was very pleasant to work with and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for assistance with any part of the jewelry appraisal/selling process.
