I was waiting for a call back, however it was 5 min till closing so I figured I would leave a voice-mail reminding someone to call me the next day. But Giselle played message, pulled up my info, and stayed late to call me. She notice I needed to have a payment on that day. Her actions saved me from a lot of hassle and perhaps a fee. I didn't even know I almost lapsed. I really appreciate that she worked right up till closing, and was very friendly, didn't rush me, took an extra 20 minutes to explain so much to me ( I didn't get that from auto response robot haha). Thank you Giselle, for being professional, yet personable; for staying late and helping me in real time instead of steering me to website... I am so happy to be with an agent that has such a great team! I feel totally comfortable talking to anyone there. Even though I have never met anyone in person I feel like they all would have by back!
