        TERRIBLE , Terrible place and employees here ! The worst place to have to have your insurance through !! Linda , the lead lady often says please send an accident form and when u send it she then said she never got it. Then you send that form again. And then linda claims yet again? she didn’t get it. Then you send it again. Again she claims oh I didn’t get it. Then she assures you she will get this bill and claim taken care of right away and will call you back in 15 minutes. Then she never calls . Yes. This place and these people are your worst Nightmare and NONE of them do their jobs. They try and say it’s because of covid 19. And no it is not. This was happening to my husband and I way before covid 19. I OFTEN finally tell my husband to take care of it all because I can’t Handle it all anymore. They are simply incompetent and LAZY.
