        My mother recently passed away, and her homeowners and car insurance were through this agency. The staff have been superb in helping me resolve my mom's policies - I wish all companies were as helpful as they have been. Cristopher and Dana in particular have gone out of their way to help me, even though I myself am not their customer and our business with them is ending due to my mom's passing. I've really appreciated their willingness to go above and beyond.
