The representatives were very good. They explained the process very well. My wife and i felt like we got a great education about the products were were interested in. They are also very honest. when they reviewed our current policies. They said we had made a good decision and not to change it. They were not sales people they were strategist trying to help us be in the best position to retire. Great experience!
