        does not answer phone calls during business hours. does not respond to voicemails in a timely fashion. tries to avoid covering claims against them. very horrible insurance company. never seen a commercial or heard of this insurance company until I was in a bad accident caused by one of their clients. I only chose one star as a rating due to not being able to post my review without a rating. but my overall rating would be negative 5 stars. if there were such thing.
