        The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. The woman who answered the phone was condescending about my lack of rack knowledge. They are supposed to be shelving experts but their "expert advice" is to come to the show room and point. If you call my store I'm going to ask what you're needs are and find you the most affordable solution. So many stores have lost the customer first mentality.
