Maybe I should call her boss like she called mine. You make me wait at the counter for 10mn before anyone helped me. I had a reason to be short. HORRIBLE customer service. Nice rating I see. Thanks for all the help Karen.

If I could give negative stars I would. I hired them to handle my company's payroll and HR for 2016. The only reason I decided to outsource was due to ACA compliance which I was assured by the President Patrick O'Keefe both verbally and in writing that they would take care of all aspects of ACA reporting. Yesterday I found out from our CPA firm that ManageStaff did not supply the information needed missing the January 31st deadline. Patrick has not returned calls or emails. I am now scrambling to gather the info needed for the CPA. Also we still have not received our 3rd & 4th quarter 941s & state reports, W-3 and 940 for the year.

Extremely helpful and responsive staff. I never have to try and reach them, they are on the phone straight away to me, whenever there is an issue. Thanks ManageStaff!

Horrible customer service. Every time I call with a question I get transferred to Roger's voicemail (apparently Roger is the only contact for us to reach out to) I leave a detailed message and NEVER get a call back. Once I became frustrated and asked to speak to a manager and immediately Roger was available after my request to speak to his manager. I work in the customer industry so I'm able to identify good service as well as bad. This place needs to kick it up a notch. I had much better service through ADP
