Over an hour wait!!!! Ridiculous and unprofessional to be waiting that long for a doctor to come in! My baby is 9 months!! She doesnt understand why we are sitting around for over an hour getting frustrated and bored!! I expect more coming from Phoenix Childrens!!!

Pch in the cicvu & the OR & whoever else saved my baby. He went in around 5/6 months. Was there for 2 months. 3 heart surgeries. They cared for him so well. Unfortunately the communication between staff & even to me wasnt the best but they took care of my baby so well. I could tell they really cared about my baby. I felt ok leaving him in their hands. I know his best interest & safety was in their hearts & minds. I always highly recommend pch & always will. Thank you to everyone there who saved my baby. Id be a reck & lost w out you guys!!

After checkin, We were sent to the room and told that doctor will visit soon.
But no doctor came in 1 hour 20 minutes. We kept asking staff member for the doctor but they just told please wait.
We went to front desk and ask them. I felt that they never assigned doctor to our room.
This is not how you treat patients. We will never recommend to visit here.
