Jeremy took on a multilayered and technically complex project at our new home in Phoenix this summer. I needed an end-to-end smart home upgrade, including smart controls on HVAC, swimming pool, A/V, lighting, and security cameras. InfinityHD brought a full team to the job, including hands on experts in each domain. The work involved over two weeks of patient and meticulous attention to detail. Not only did we get everything we needed from the project, but Jeremy's crew also found new ways to enhance our home along the way. For example, they noticed a poorly installed utility line from Cox that had created an eyesore and possible hazard in our back yard. Without much additional cost, they helped me bury the cable and improve the way our home looks. After the job was completed, Jeremy has kept in touch and provided timely and courteous follow up service. And this is what made this company better for me than the alternative. Smaller teams would not have been able to handle a job of this complexity. Larger, corporate providers would have been too bureaucratic and costly. InfinintyHD is exactly what was needed for a homeowner with a complex job like mine.
