Loma at Avance by Tri Pointe Homes

While the neighbors are great and access to south mountain is close by, there are delays in resolving community & warranty items. We were in a condo in a community prior to moving here. A full time handyman was on site weekdays and repairs were timely. We are awaiting both pre-closing and warranty items a year and half after closing. Covid shut repairs for two months but it feels excessively long. Slow response or ignoring community repairs to the gym, spa and slow fixes to home warranty items prevent me from rating avance with 5 stars. The community is practically sold out. It appears that the strong sales has made ignoring repairs and warranty items easy. Update: I have contacted the Warranty Manager and items she was to take care of remain unresolved.

We purchased a home in the Avance Community. Tri Pointe/Maracay have been very responsive to our needs, the homes are well built and the builder has an excellent reputation. The neighbors are fantastic, we enjoy the 51 miles of biking and hiking trails right behind our homes! The pool and gym are a true asset to the property it makes life easy as everything is in one convenient location! I believe they are almost sold out, only a few lots left, high demand area, you for sure want to make an appointment quick... AUG 2021
