        I was staying at the Renaissance Hotel across the street and stopped in for a mani pedi. They were booked but fit me in on the manicurists lunch hour. Not only did they have great customer service but she did a phenomenal job on my nails. I would go here regularly if I lived in the area. Definitely a gem. It is my understanding that they are under new ownership for the last couple of months and their dedication to creating a fabulous customer experience really shows.

        New to Phoenix and it is hard to start with someone new. I went to Downtown Salon Phoenix based on the Google reviews and I am very pleased. Had a hair cut, root touch up and highlights by Grace. Grace made me feel very comfortable and took such care on my cut (a change of style). Do not hesitate to make an appointment.
