Very unprofessional I booked two days before I was 10 minutes early and they did not call me text me nuthing about my appointment to let me know that I was gone sit for over 2 hours and never get service done..owner did not want to discount anything was very rude was cursing talking bout people not a friendly environment ... As a professional myself I have never in 20 years treated any of my clients like I have experienced here.... I would not recommend this place waste of time and over rated ..there's no help no communication with stylist n client what's the point of booking owner puts personal feelings before business and still wanna charge 100%of the price for bad service unprofessional service no communication to client and then told me to come back or wait n then refuse service to me after 2hours of sitting....
