        I purchased a gift certificate ($200 + $40 tip) from Complements at A Hilton Salon & Spa for a friend of mine living in Phoenix. Neither she nor I received any email or notification from the spa after purchasing. I went to my bank and had them stop payment. Later my bank said this was a legitimate charge and reversed the stop payment. $240 was deducted from my account on 2/9/2021. I have called the owner to find out when my friend could schedule her visit. The owner will not honor the purchase. My friend has also contacted the owner with no success. I am extremely upset. If i did not have to travel so far, I would be filing against this business in small claims court.
