Keep It Cut

Review update: changed it to 2 stars from 5. They no longer honor appointments on time. 3 times in a row. I’m done coming here. If you do choose to come here, plan to wait 10-20 min past your appointment time. Amazing concept. I'm getting my hair cut more often and look better groomed.

I have a membership here and for good reason. I always have had a good experience with any stylist that has cut my hair at Keep it Cut. I usually go to the Encanto location because I live close to there. Today I was in the Arcadia area, so I scheduled an appointment at that location. I must give props and kudos to the stylist, Leise (I hope I didn't butcher the spelling of her name). Not only was she good and gave me a killer haircut, she had great energy, was very personable and customer service was top knotch! I appreciate that.

Jen was awesome!!! Great haircut, fun conversation, and I felt like she really took the time to figure out what I was looking for. I will definitely be getting a membership and I think I have finally found my stylist here in Phoenix.

fast service, lots of diff people to choose from to cut ur hair. and the monthly fee for unlimited haircuts cant beat. these days. check it out
