    I had another 5 star local company come out as I needed someone quick. I got quoted $2000 for a new compressor and was told that cost was only if the unit was under warranty (unit was bought in 2018) my home warranty company sent Schaffer and son’s out today and what a phenomenal experience it was. They showed up on time, we’re professional and courteous and actually fixed the issue in 10 minutes telling me a power outage caused the valve to reverse several times restricting the unit. A quick reset and we were back in business with no noise coming from the unit and the usual operation of cooling and holding back to normal. I greatly appreciate the honesty and integrity of the techs that came out today as it saved us a lot of money and stress without AC during the summer heat.

    I over heard a speaker phone conversation between Amy Shaffer and a friend of mine. My friend had reached out to Amy for assistance for repairs on her broken AC unit. My friend and her family have been and still are waiting for relief for several weeks. Per what I heard all Amy chose to do was omit compassion and customer service and insert frustration for having to listen or deal with my friend as well as throw her own problems in my friends face because she was crying and asking for help. In my opinion Amy Shaffer should NOT be in charge of anything when it comes to that business most especially answering the phone. Amy did not offer any solutions just more problems, she was extremely rude and was probably sitting in a air conditioned building during one of the hottest weeks yet this summer while treating my friend like this. No AC in AZ = a death sentence! My advice, don't wait until your unit breaks down only to find yourself speaking to Amy or anyone she has answering your calls due to her lack of compassion, parts/ repairs, and people skills. Contact your warranty company and switch now before you get to listen to her tell you about how frustrating and redundant your calls are to her.

    We had called out someone for our AC from our home warranty company. They fixed our issue in minutes, whereas another company we had told us it was a compressor and a 2000 dollar fix. Very happy about this ethical tech and greatly service!

    My warranty company assigned this company to service my HVAC system and they were disrespectful, unprofessional, and rude. I opted to go another day without a functioning AC rather than continue to work with them. In looking through all of their other reviews online it seems like everyone else has had the same issues. I would NEVER consider using them for any work based on my experience and seeing that others experience was the same.

    Our air went out today. Or home warranty said to use this disrespectful, horrible place. We got as far as talking to the representative on the phone. She was massively, disrespectful, unprofessional, called my husband names, and couldn't wait to get us not as customers anymore. We where very glad to ablige. We couldn't even get a word in edge wise against her rude behavior, and comments. Stay away from this company at all costs!!!
