Freeman Built

If you plan on using Freeman Built for any property work. Part of their business is property preservation for banks and lenders, mostly foreclosed homes, and they use subcontractors and vendors for the work. They do not treat their subcontractors or vendors with respect, rarely answer calls, texts, or emails, and pay for work done late, and in my case, not at all. They use non-licensed, un-bonded, non-insured contractors often, so the quality of work is not consistent. They have a very poor credit/payment rating and have a terrible history with paying contractors and vendors for work completed. Pay times for completed work they have been paid for is 1-5 months!! I urge people to use a company that respects their vendors, contractors, and customers, not Freeman Built.

Freeman Built used our company services. They had already been paid by another company for the same services. To date it's been over a year and they have refused to pay us. They lied and said they were waiting to be paid. We called the company they claimed to be waiting for (which really had nothing to do with us anyway) who were shocked to discover that they had already been paid. Freeman Built is NOT good company to deal with at all. They basically stole our merchandise and our money that was due to us. They refuse to take our calls and will not communicate at all.

Lee and his crew at Freeman Built came out and remodeled our kitchen. He first gutted the entire area and then added new cabinets, marble counter tops, and wood flooring. Lee came in on time and on budget, a professional clean install. I would recommend Freeman Built to everyone interested in remodeling their home.
