He came to visit within 2 hrs of the first call, fixed the problem, as well as inspected the door for other possible issues.. And offered recommendations for a long term solution. He also fixed a minor problem with another door, that wasn't discussed before, on my request.

Our garage door broke, and was stuck half way open. He was able to come out right away and get it fixed. Very reasonable price.
