In Bloom Wedding and Event Floral

Shelli was super nice and my center pieces were beautiful so it is hard to write the review but I was really disappointed with my bouquets with purple flowers being added in (the proposal did not say they were purple and looked burgundy in the photos) and the over all shape of my bouquet was only slightly bigger than the bridesmaids mini bouquets and instead of doing a more natural shape it was a a very awkward bouquet with a few strands of eucalyptus longer than the rest. I had to ask my photographer to edit the purple flowers out and turn them burgundy I did email her and let know that I was unhappy and received no response after a few business days

Shelli with In Bloom was such a pleasure to work with! At the initial meeting to talk about our vision, she listened carefully, asked us questions to make sure she really knew what we were hoping to get, and boy did she deliver! I was OBSESSED with our flower arrangements at the wedding. We kept it pretty simple with a natural greenery look, but I was worried by just saying "greenery" that I'd have a bunch of different shades of green throughout the different aspects of the wedding. But Shelli did such an amazing job of making the florals look PERFECT with the colors of the dresses, and was able to tie in hints of blue since the suits were navy. It literally looked perfect! We also did chair ties, rose petals, toss petals, centerpieces, etc. and they all looked amazing! Shelli was so nice allowing us to mix up the centerpieces, with some as bouquet arrangements, and some as loose greenery with floating candles, at no extra cost. Just so we could have some variety. We had so many complements on the overall decor of the wedding, and you just don't get that vibe without some stellar florals!

In Bloom is contracted with the venue that we used for our wedding. The initial process was extremely easy, and Shelli was very helpful while picking out what we wanted. We had to postpone and Shelli was also very accommodating during that process. I would love to give In Bloom 5 stars, except for the day of the wedding. Everything was delivered to the venue before we got there so we never saw Shelli. When we arrived the centerpieces were set up on the tables and bouquets were set up in the bridal suite. We got ready very quickly and had a great wedding. Later that night after the wedding, I realized that we had never received the boutonnieres or corsages that we had paid for (about $220 total). I emailed Shelli the next day to ask what had happened and she said that she had set them in the grooms suite and bridal suite. I told her that when we got there nothing was in the suites except for the bouquets, and I wasn't sure if the venue had moved them or what happened but asked if we could get a refund for just that portion of our payment. The venue also had no idea what happened to the corsages or boutonnieres. Shelli reached out to the venue as well and told me they didn't remember doing anything with them. I have pictures of us in the bridal and grooms suites with no corsages or boutonnieres in sight. I again asked if Shelli could do anything about this since we never received the product and I never got a response to my last email. As I said before, I'd love to give In Bloom a 5 star review. Unfortunately, the customer service when something went wrong was not there.

Shelli Was absolutely amazing. I was so worried I wouldn't get what I was looking for in my price range, but Shelli truly went above and beyond. Her patience after I changed my mind a million times was so amazing. She delivered more than I could've asked for - It was exactly what I wanted! I think she somehow read my mind! My bridesmaids couldn't say enough great things about her and her service and I'd recommend her for any wedding. Thank you Shelli for making my day so beyond beautiful with your breathtaking bouquets and centerpieces and for your patience while deciding what to include! I'm blown away from her truly stunning arrangements!
