Worst experience I've ever had in my life. It's been about a month and I'm still too upset to write a review. They will steal your money and kick you out to the streets so be very careful.

The hotel itself isn't bad but the management is. Ron was the managers name. I was staying there for 3 months I paid weekly I was never late and the last week I paid for my seven days up front and I stayed for one night and then Ron decided I couldn't stay there anymore so kicked me out and kept all my money and apparently I'm not the first person this has happened to so I guess that's their way of making money is by not giving customers what they pay for not responding them when they tell them to leave which is very unfair

More dormitory than hotel. No guests allowed, ever. In a bad neighborhood so too Ron's credit, it's a quiet place. Their policies are kind of inflexible but when push came to shove the manager Ron was willing to work with me when I ran into a banking snag. All in all a good deal during spring training week here in Phoenix when even a motel 6 is going for $165 a night. If you're traveling with family this is a good place to stop. Reasonably priced, and safe. But if you're looking for a party staycation or a place to you know let your hair down and have a good time, this is not the place.
