Poor customer service. Billing department would not return 2 phone calls regarding a question about insurance billing. Very disappointed in this office and would not recommend being treated there.

Absolutley horrible!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Customer service is terrible. You can never get a hold of someone and you will leave countless voicemails if you even get the option to leave a voicemail. They never report to insurance correctly and will waste so much time if you need a CAT or MRI etc. Weeks went by and it took me telling them that a procedure was not approved. They had no idea. I finally received a partial CAT scan (no contrast because that wasn't approved) 5 weeks ago and still have not heard if they even received the results etc. Also, you will have to wait an hour or more just to be seen even though you made an appt. Don't waste your time with this office. Trust me. Run!

Without a doubt one of if not the worst medical "professionals" I have ever experienced. Lester falls asleep during our appointment, didn't wear a mask which really didn't bother me other than his constant coughing. His office won't answer the phone or return calls even though I left multiple messages. I'm taking medicine that he prescribed to help with a brain tumor "prolactin" and needed help because Iexperienced horrible side effects and needed to know if it was okay to stop taking it but his office still wouldn't respond. Very very unprofessional. Go ahead call his office and act like a current patient and see how it goes. Stay away from this hack and his crew.

this is not an evaluation of this doctor but the front and scheduling desks. impossible to get an appointment, loosing dr. referrals, promise to call back but never do.  looking for a better organized place.
