Drivers Only Staffing

Horrible place. I went by today for an interview after a phone call with one of the staffing members. I showed up to my interview and the places looks like a teenagers room with things everywhere and the people who greet you have a please kill me now attitude Same people that are helping us get jobs. Finally after 20 minutes after the times that I was schedule for and them waiting to see if the guy that was interview before me was coming back to provide them an ID and never came back then someone came over. Fun fact they didnt even had me schedule for the interview according to what Ross said. Finally I get to the office where they will interview me that was worst than a teenagers room (You know the kind of place where you shouldnt be interviewing) and I sat down with Ross I think was his name we start talking we seem to be getting along well and he very abruptly and harshly just say I dont think youll be a good fit obviously I started asking questions given the fact that I do have experience in the field and the only thing he had to say back was that they had sent 2 people to this work place and both have quit. Not sure why that made him sounds so idiotic as a person interviewing someone you should at least sent them home letting them know youll consider them after they took the time to come over and interview. As if there behavior in person was not enough they also are rude and harsh through emails as well. Again horrible place.

I called this company looking to hire CDL Class A drivers for permanent positions. Initially I spoke with a representative for the company who had to ask the owner if he could provide drivers...Question 1, if your company say expressly you hire drivers and help them get permanent positions. Nonetheless, I can totally see why the company has nothing but bad reviews. The "owner" ROSS was equally as rude and completely uninformed about the trucking industry and the requirements for insurance companies. If you are going to be a part of the industry, no matter how large or small your company is, you should know the industry. Bad mouthing another company is definitely not the right thing to say. If he did have people I'd never used this agency. Ignorance is never on the list. Not a good or quality company.
