RemodAZ has had their license revoked by the Arizona ROC (327194) after 35 disciplined complaints (currently 17 others open) and have been negatively featured on the local Arizona news (Let Joe Know!).
I hired RemodAZ and was one of the lucky ones that actually had work performed. Lucky (in quotes) because the wait (7 months) and quality of the install was not great. Ill spare the complete list, but the big two are: One of the installed windows did not seal/close. The doors installed were not sealing and falling off the hinges due to a bad install.
My issues were only looked at after getting the ROC involved. RemodAZ came out and did the absolute bare minimum before abandoning the project again. Then their license was revoked.
I am still picking up the pieces via additional contractors Ive hired to clean up their work.
Note there is review manipulation for this company on sites like HomeAdvisor (out of state reviews) and Facebook (shell profiles recommending). Do your research before hiring any contractor. Services: General door installation, Window installation

DO NOT use this company defrauding consumers out of their money, and either not starting or completing work. Featured in local AZ news for these reasons, Google/YouTube them!!

FRAUD!! SCAM!! They basically forced/bullied us in to financing window replacements with their financing company, took the money that was shelled out as an advance (was not supposed to be paid out until work was completed) and completed ZERO work. I've filed with the BBB, ROC, and submitted to Channel 3. On my way to get legal representation next. At this point the only thing we want from these liars is that financing to be revoked for work NOT done. Oh, and did I mention, said financing company said there was an interest free, no payment due period until 11.2022 but they have reported this account to the credit bureau's as being LATE (so now we are fighting with them too). Unbelievable. HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS?? Make sure you read all the reviews, currently they have five ACTIVE ROC cases and their license expires this month (no submissions to renew either). They do not call clients back, they do not perform contracted work. The owner, Tammy is living high on the hog with all of our financed dollars. SO many people are in the same boat as us - makes me wonder if we should all ban together and file a class action suit? It also grosses me out that I had to use a star but you can't post a review if you don't at least click on one. Services: Remodeling, Window repair, Window installation

Paid for windows but they wont install. Business has gone under and fighting in court right now.

I have been waiting three months for windows to be installed. I have paid half already and plan on selling house end of the month with no options on what to do.
