Dr refused care as I had back pain. I have back pain rated 30 percent permanent disability for 20 years. Said come back when I get it treated. What? Said I was uncomfortable. I said I could do it. He then said he was uncomfortable. I said what? He said he was uncomfortable and couldn’t treat me. I asked are you refusing me care because I’m in pain? He said I am uncomfortable over and over then walked out the office. I remained seated. The doctor came back with nurse. And just stood there. I said what? He said I cannot treat you. I said you refused to. Then the nurse grabbed my arm I asked what do you want. He said you are not listening. I asked what do you want me to do. You haven’t asked me to do anything. Do you want me to leave? He just tugged at my arm. I asked what the doctors full name and where he was which state he was listened he told nurse to have me mentally examined. I asked again what state. He just turned and walked away saying uncomfortable
