Find different doctors. The five stars come from new parents who think these docs are great. After the first couple check-ups you become significantly less important. They talk fast and rush you out. 10 minute medicine? More like 3 minute medicine from robotic doctors who don't care about your concerns. We asked for our child's ears to be checked when he stopped talking abruptly and instead the doctor had a massive reaction about him being autistic and wanted all kinds of tests. Guess what? Went to different doctors and he has water in his ears & an ear infection which a simple antibiotic has cleared up and the words are flowing. PEDIATRIX MUST BE A CORPORATE DOC SHOP WHO CARE ABOUT NOTHING MORE THEN BILLING YOU. IF YOU ARE A QUALITY DOCOTR WORKING THERE. LEAVE.

Very unprofessional office stuff, have to stay on the line for half an hour to get an appointment. Also dr. Nemivamt gave my daughter for strep throat the same antibiotic she was using less than month ago. Didn’t even look in her history. Very sad because it used to be pretty good place, but lately they just trying to get people in and out without paying attention.

Disappointed with overall service. Called to request same day sick appointment on Friday morning for my baby. The receptionist told me to go to an urgent care because the office was too busy. This was the second time the office told me to go to an urgent care for my son. The first time I tried getting my son in was two weeks prior to his initial appointment to establish care (as we are new to the area) and the office refused to see him on a Saturday due to their policy and recommended an urgent care. While I understand the policy about not seeing same day sick patients on a Saturday if they haven’t had an initial appt, I don’t understand how taking him to a doctor who knows nothing of his history is any different than bringing him into the office where he and his sister are both seen. This keeps medical records in the same office. The urgent care doc recommends following up with primary care anyway. Friday when I called to get my son in with a high fever and nasty cough, the office says they’re too busy to see him. When I attempted to provide feedback to the receptionist about my frustration with being told to go to an urgent care rather than getting us in to see his doctor, she kept talking over me and telling me I didn’t understand and can’t help it that kids get sick. She didn’t give me the chance to explain I was simply trying to provide feedback about their policies. My family will be finding a new office for care. What’s the point t in having a primary care doctor, if the doctor at the office won’t even see him when he’s sick? The only reason the office gets two stars is because the doctor who saw my daughter for her 3 year check up and my son’s 15 month well check were very nice and knowledgeable.

Requesting a medical records from Pediatrix takes 2 weeks to process and they don't have a patient portal. Probably need to upgrade your software and make easy for the patients to review the blood work reports

Dr. Leffler has been the doctor since my boys were born. Dr. Mitra is the doctor that diagnosed my youngest with pyloric stenosis. He promptly got us into thunderbird banner. We got the surgery for my son. And he is doing amazingly 4 months later.
