I do not recommend these people. Cannot leave a voicemail. On hold forever. Had two tests down several weeks ago. Cannot get them to share the results. The doctor I saw was anything but interested in setting up a battery of tests for me. Which I've had by the way. Try someone else.

I went in Feb. 1, 2021 to report repeated falls at night. I gave my symptoms which all sounded like a concussion. The Dr. never laid hands on to the multiple bumps and swelling of the area. He ordered the usual MRI, EEG and ambulatory EEG, the last test to be 8 weeks after the initial exam. Two weeks later I had another serious fall which incapacitated me with burning intense pain which could be only eased by packing my whole head in ice. Three days later I was still having severe pain. I contacted the office, but was not given access to the Dr. Even went I went in for the EEG and the Dr. was there, I was still denied seeing him. It took 5 days of complete rest to recover, even though the pressure is great. His assistant phoned me in loo of seeing him, to advise Naproxen. Which I understand is not a med given to a person with a head blow as it could promote bleeding. I am of the opinion that I chose the wrong Neurologist, Dr. Singh. It is Mar. 1st, and have yet to get any results of 2 of the 3 tests.

The hours of operations are totally false. If you work 9-5pm or earlier this office may become a problem if you're off after 4pm. If you're inside the office before 4:30pm you're good. The office locks the doors around that time. They leave after 5pm, so if you think you can walk in to be seen just before 5pm, that's NOT GONNA HAPPEN. And if you so happen to call the office around 4pm they don't answer the phones. Instead, it goes to an answering service. And of course calling an agent back that left you a message after 4pm, is impossible. It's pointless to try calling the office after 4pm since you'll reach the answering service rep. After 4pm is normally when the office representative calls. If you call the office before 4pm, you're forced to leave a message on a messaging system. And it may take 24-72 business hours before someone calls you back after leaving a message. Longer if you call between the holiday hours. And of course they'll call you back after 4pm. So if you're headed to an appointment and you managed to forget the scheduled time, you're screwed. Good lucking calling and getting a call back before 4pm.
