I was supposed to get a call after a week for test results never was called.. I tried to call started at 4:15 called till 4:45 there was no answer..don't close till 5:00 ..told doctor I was suicidal she upped my meds sent me on my way

Why don't they EVER answer their phones! Have to wait almost 10 minutes just to leave a voice mail. Then they never call you back. I have been going to this place for awhile now and man have they gone down hill.

I am absolutely appalled and wish I would have read reviews first. This place was recommended by police for individuals going through crises that need immediate care. We were scheduled an appointment BEFORE their business hours. I called the national number and even confirmed the place and time of the scheduled appointment since we arrived to find ourselves locked out with no one there. And no one answers the locations phone because it’s not open. To say I’m disappointed is an absolute understatement. If you’re in crisis or know someone in crisis please never ever take a recommendation for this place. Now this leaves a very bad impression with someone already hesitant about the treatment process and we are wasting valuable time having to start all over

No one ever answers the phone! Nor does anyone ever call back! What’s the point of leaving a voicemail if they don’t return calls!!! When am there an appt, all I see is the front desk girls talking to each other , on their phones and being rude too clients...I’m really annoyed right now because I’ve been trying to get ahold of the office since last Friday
