It took me a while to finally get around to posting this review, but in November of 2018 I tore both of my distal bicep tendons. After a lot of research and a visit with a surgeon I wasn't comfortable with, I was lucky enough to find Dr. Purdy. She was up to date on the most cutting edge repairs and rehab schedule. Having surgery on both arms so close together was tough, but I regained use of my arms much quicker than all the case stories I'd read. Now, a little less than a year from the surgery on my second arm and I feel good as new. Both biceps are back in action and very nearly back to full strength. Thank you Dr. Purdy, and her awesome staff!

This is my 2nd surgery with Dr. Purdy. She is an amazing surgeon. The reason for this bad review has to do with FMLA charge. I understand there is a charge for this industry wide (though I don't agree with it). I called to pay the fee and was told that they wouldn't accept debit cards because of the POS transaction cost. Was told I needed to send a check or pay cash. This is an inconvenience to me the customer over a small 2.9% charge. When you run a business this is a cost to you not me nor should it inconvenience your customer. Was told by Peggy that I was the only person that has ever complained about it.

Dr. Purdy is amazing and wonderful along with her entire team. My referring Doctor was correct when he said Dr. Purdy is the absolute best for carpal tunnel surgery and I am so grateful!!!
