Dr. Herrera-Tan is an excellent doctor who is understanding and compassionate. If there is a wait to see her it is most likely because a patient needs her and you will be given the same consideration.

Worse experience ever, first of all I had to wait like for 4 weeks just to get an appointment with the nurse not the doctor the nurse, the day of my appointment I waited 1:30( the lady before me had waited 2:00 whole hours) I believe the overlap appointments to collect on insurance, that makes me feel that I the patient come in second place. Not worth it, too much wait.

I absolutely love Dr Tan. Best doctor ever. The waits are worth it.

I have come here for 15 years now. Yes sometimes you have to wait but that is because they take time with their patients. Quality Care at the highest level. Dr. Tan is a GREAT DOCTOR my mom, brother, wife, and kids come here. Along with many people from my church. I am a Pastor and Dr. Tan along with much of her staff are Christians. They will not only treat me but pray for me. Dr. Tan is very thorough. She discovered I had prostrate cancer with an early diagnosis. I am now cancer free for 9 years. Dr. Tan herself was a cancer survivor and has the empathy you want in a Dr. when your really sick. I don’t like fast food I like quality restaurants. Any great restaurant you have to wait to get in. If people want a fast appointment go to urgent care. But for me I want quality medical care and that’s what you will get here.
