Unbelievable how a "doctor" would be able to argue with a patient's family member for a mistake their office and probably a mistake he made. Even when proof was shown that the mistake was theirs. This wasn't the first time that it happened either that this doctor was rude and arguing. We decided to give it another chance. Grandma went to another appointment today and this confirmed it. Not worth wasting your time here. He needs to learn manners first before anything. Just because you are a doctor does not mean you have to be disrespectful.

If you're looking for an egotistical, condescending 'doctor' with zero social skills, who doesn't make sure he has been sent the records he says he needs so that your appointment is not a complete waste of time, then by all means make an appointment.

Came to my appointment 15min early got here at 940am and its 1044am wth. Been waiting on him . This is sad.
