Tried to make an appointment during the time their recording says to call for the “schedulers” between 9-12 and the person who answered said I would need to get a call back when the schedulers are available and I asked if she knew when they would call and she said no, they’ll call when they can. I asked if I called at the wrong time based on the recording and she said no, we just will call you back “sometime.” Very strange process and also not welcoming on the phone. Called another office and was received warmly and made an appointment no problem by someone that cared and should be answering phone calls for health clinics. This facility should spend some time training personnel on how to be kind and warm answering the phone- it’s the first impression people receive of a place and I certainly do not wished to be received in person by whoever answers the phone here so I moved on.

Dr. Posner IS WORTH the wait...Yes, it is a long day but he is an "old school" Doctor that really cares. He does lots of blood work and other test first to figure out the problems. That is how it is done, then he diagnoses what needs to be done. Never had such great medical treatment.

Dr. Posner was great, he was very attentive and took time to actually discuss my issues and options. On the other hand, the office staff in general are impatient and seemed somewhat annoyed by my simple questions. Several of them were very short with me and rudely interrupted me at times. I understand given the limited amount of Rheumatologists in the area that they are probably very busy. However, nearly every conversation I had with them, just asking simple questions, was met with impatience and attitude.

The Doc is a nice gentleman and is sincere. The office.... well it is managed like no other. A series of policies and rules you will never see in any other office in the country. Over 15 signs made, sets the tone of the control issues that exist. Average wait is 45min to get in a room, they have no computer system so it is difficult at best.

Staff is rude. I called with a question at noon. They said they where closed I would have to call back another day. Not to mention I have been trying to talk to some one for 2 weeks. Talk about piss poor customer service. It's a question about instructions they gave me. 30 sec of there time. Thank you for making me feel like I matter.
