Jeffrey Kootman Dmd

Dr. Kootman left half my wisdom tooth in my mouth in Dec of 2015, it got infected on a business trip in Feb of 2016 and I had to have another dentist remove it. I requested a refund from Dr. Kootman in Feb and am still waiting for the refund that was promised me. Every time I call for the manager they are not available or they say they havent reviewed my file even though I gave them all the info they needed 7 MONTHS ago and was promised the refund. This is a quack Dr and a fraud company. DO NOT USE!!!

I had to have my wisdom teeth removed. I choose not to do the IV sedation and good thing too. Dr Kootman was quick and efficient. I was in and out in no time at all. He and his staff help put me at ease on what to expect and were very friendly. Which helped out a lot. I would highly reccomend him to anyone who would need to have any extractions done.
