Dr. Susan K. Semain-Oles, DMD

Dr. Oles is the best dentist I have ever been to. I started out fifteen years ago looking at having to replace all my teeth due to medication effects. Dr. Oles was able to correct my serious and complex problem without having to go to dentures. She is amazing and I would recommend her to everyone looking for a great dentist who is friendly, kind, professional, skilled, knowledgeable, and people-oriented. I have never gone to another dentist after working with Dr. Oles! Her staff and especially Andrea at the front, is so helpful, informative, and attentive. You will have a pleasant experience here and be able to work out your dental plan, costs, insurance, etc. to your satisfaction. Jacque Wright

Doesn't pay her bills. We did a job for her that she said we were two hours late too and she wouldn't pay. She is very unprofessional.

This so called dentist Oles should have her license taken away. She is shady including her front desk puppet Andrea. They will ruin your teeth instead of helping you. She will let uncertified employees do work that they shouldn't be doing. She is horrible with her staff. Stay away from this shady office.

Andrea, the person handling your phones and initial questions is very rude. I was looking for information on how I could become a new patient and was promptly disregarded. "We just don't work that way", was her reply. If she had simply and nicely gave me the steps, you would have had my business, but because of that call, I'm going to look elsewhere. She was really rude to just hang up on me.

Terrible. This dentist destroyed my upper implants. Although she had a doctor in her office that specializes in implants, she decided to use me as her guinea pig for research. I had to pay $700.00 to buy the implant tools or go to another dentist (her office manager informed me). She broke the screw that held My implant in place, so I have a broken screw stuck in my mouth. My new dentist insists that every dental office should have these tools. I had to totally replace the implants to the tune of $10,000 dollars. I bet her implant guy had these tools. My previous dentist before her had them. My husband always felt as if she did a lot of unnecessary work. Do not go to this dentist!!!
