I called this place Friday. The lady on the phone of course sounded all legit and nice and on top of things because she’s wants your consult fee and money to begin with. She told me it would be 350$ that she would call me back MONDAY after she gave Lamm all of my moms paperwork’s and she would call me MONDAY back to schedule a consult and to take my 350$ consult fee. Well I called her back today Wednesday because I figured be polite and give her some extra time maybe she needed or something. Well I call back the lady who answers the phone is beyond rude this time (same lady only lady that answers the phone) she then tells me that lamm isn’t interested in taking my moms case. I say okay well why is that? Her response i don’t know he just doesn’t want the case. Well I don’t know if lamm thinks he’s all good all sudden but all it was needed was just motions for an already convicted case. Easy money for them. That’s not the point here though, it’s absolutely fine that he doesn’t want to take the case, atleast maybe give someone a reason why. But what came next I couldn’t even began to believe my issue was WHY COULDNT YOU GIVE ME A COURTESY CALL BACK AND INFORM ME OF THIS INSTEAD OF ALLOWING ME TO JUST SIT AND WAIT DAYS WASTED WAITING FOR AN UPDATE so I can call others around. (That’s definitely not a place I would want to take my money. If they don’t care about you or update you when they don’t receive money and they are only nice when they are going to receive money) However the lady’s next statement is SO appalling as I’m trying to speak and say a call back would have been appropriate to give someone to inform them this (I couldn’t even finish what I was saying at all) she then CUTS ME OFF SAYING “SHUT UP AND BE QUIET AND LET ME SPEAK” uhm excuse me? I was in the process of speaking NOT YOU AND THATS DEFINITELY NOT THE WAY YOU TREAT SOMEONE AT ALL! That’s lady needs fired I definitely wouldn’t allow her to speak, communicate and represent me on my part at all, so embarrassing of this part! The funny thing is I’m sure the case wouldn’t be enough money for his liking ThAts the only reason a case wouldn’t be worth interested in.

If you really need help, you’ve found the right attorney. Jason truly does care about his clients and their cases. He is professional, knowledgeable, and an expert at defense as well as going on the offensive when needed. I’ve not seen a better attorney. Jason Lamm helped me with a case recently. He was always available and truly cared for me and my family as well. Kathryn his assistant was always available as well and could walk me through anything I needed.
