Love the food, the selection and how easy it is to order and warm up. Easily a 5 out of 5. 2 out of 5 for customer service, I had a billing issue that I thought has been resolved. Imagine my surprise to be charged 60 days after I had paused our service. When I questioned the validity of the charge it was my fault. Instead of explaining the oversight in reconciling the accounts, I was blamed by the Accounting department for their mistakes.

I have used Sunfare on and off for almost 10 years. I have done the signature diet as a way to have convenient, healthy meals available and have also done the Fat Burn diet, which completely reset my metabolism. I lost 10lbs on the fat burn diet and then continued to lose 5lbs after. The quality of food is top notch, highly recommend!

Over promised, under delivered. Seabass dinner. Sunfare is not what it used to be. You pay and never hear boo from staff unless you reach out first. No such thing as "how is the food, the delivery, are you adjusting to your plan, how can we make it better" etc. I did receive an apology for the Seabass and promised a "comp" - still waiting for the comp. Hope it's not another meal. Wld prefer money back on my $700 pmt.
