facebook.com/ArizonaShad…Such a great experience with this company!  Everyone involved was friendly, courteous, and prompt.  Our salesperson, Jonas, got us started. Then Johnny, the project manager made a few tweaks to the plan and made it just that much better. The crew did a professional job, neat and thorough.  When finished Cindy, in the office, handled the payment professionally.  Overall, it was a great experience and we can't wait to start using our outdoor space.

I couldn't be happier with the new shade structure in our sunken bar by the pool built by Dan and Matt from Arizona Shade Masters.  Both of these guys are total professionals, the communication prior to and during the job was outstanding and they did it in only two days!  The actual work that was done and the structure they built is abolutely beautiful.  Everything from Russ the owner to the support staff at the office, Cindy and Candy to Dan and Matt it was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had in the many outsourced projects we've done around the house.  I highly recommend ASM!!!

I have some good things to share and some not so good. It started out great with Russ (owner) came out and took measurements and gave recommendations. Then I needed to get my HOA approval and once that was done I thought things would start rolling. It was almost impossible to talk to Russ or Travis as they would never call back! The receptionist would answer and take messages but it would end there. This went on for many months and finally Travis calls me as the product was ready and wanted a payment. I let him have it and he gave me a discount for the inconvenience and blamed an office staff that no longer works there (what he says). After I got it all installed I liked the finished product but have issues. The poles seem to be like they are not new (worn) and you get touch up paint but told be careful as its hard to match. I also had leaks inside as they had to come out and reseal it. Today I believe it still leaking and worried about issues in future with the lighting. I also have an issue with my gutter area. There is just a short downspout as the water falls on the beam across the back and splashes on which by my inside of my kitchen equipment gets all wetI called the office many times and once again crickets this was a lot of money and I would not recommend them just due to their level of service. Really aggravating as I shouldnt have to feel like this.

We had a great experience with Arizona Shade Masters. We were introduced to them at a Home Show in late 2021 and we're impressed by their ability to accommodate our contemporary aesthetic. They were super prompt and came out to provide a quote a week after the show. We worked with Travis as a project Designer and he was a delight to work with. Very willing to listen and offer suggestions. We definitely never felt like we were being pushed into "package A" or "package B" like we got with some other suppliers in the area. We had a long wait from order time to build time but that had everything to do with supply chain issues, just like everything else early in 2022. When our install date hit, the work as super fast and good quality. Mike was the main installer and we felt he had a solid work ethic and did quality work. He even offered to install a rain chain we wanted to add to our gazebo. All in all, I'd Highly recommend Arizona Shade Masters, and we've definitely promoted them around our neighborhood.
