    Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience with Express Home Services and the Express Flooring. I decided to install rolled laminate flooring instead of another product because several friends and family members have installed it recently and had beautiful outcomes. I chose to go with Express Flooring over other companies because they had a particular style and color I liked over other companies. Their price was also competitive although I did prefer the quality of another company's laminate as it seemed to be more durable. I discussed my concerns with my rep and he assured me the quality was there and it was difficult to damage although could be damaged with enough strength. From the day of install, my laminate has had nicks and tears due to the refrigerator not being hooked up properly and needing to be moved in order to connect everything. I let my installers know and they directed me to the warranty side, who then tried to charge for repairs. When someone finally came out weeks later to fix it, there were plenty more nicks from various things, and the repairman said there were two options...to cut out a piece and replace it (but it would decrease the integrity and the pattern wouldn't line up) or just glue the piece down. I chose the glue down, but since then have discovered countless indents, nicks and tears all over and it has only been installed for 6 months. I love the look, but unfortunately the quality of the product is horrible and would have paid slightly more for another, better product. I discussed my concerns from day one but never received a satisfactory resolution. Service: Floor fitting

    They called right back and showed up with a quote the next day. I paid in full up front $5,200 for 850 sq ft of ceramic tile installation. The next day the installers showed up, and I got a call from the sales rep. The floor needed to be prepped, and it would be another $1,200! Looking over the measurements, I realized there was only 700 sq ft and I had been over charged. Also, I was not given the discount they emailed me about either. The sales rep started stumbling over words and lowered the installation fee to $500 when I said I would need a refund and would use another company. He said I was not alone in the fee, that everyone gets charged on the back end when the installers see what needs to be done. So, if you use them, make sure your quote includes floor prep! The installers were late every day, took 4 days instead of 2, but they were polite, and did decent work. Beware of hidden fees to increase the price!
