I would give this store 0 stars if possible. Store is an absolute mess, staff is senseless and incompetent. Theyre unaware of items they do/do not carry in their own store. The red-head working the counter specifically was rude; she had absolutely no taste in her personal style as well as no taste in how to welcome a paying customer, so she can make enough money to purchase scrunchies or whatever she had going on in the frizz chaos. Overall, stick to online for convenience and wonderful customer service.

Just want to acknowledge what a great experience I had interacting with Gwen Singer who is the assistant manager at this store! She went above and beyond to help me locate a favorite item of mine. It has been many years since I last encountered a retail associate who was so extraordinarily helpful.
