        Dr. Spina helped me eliminate 8 years of sciatica pain and pain and limping from a bad hip. In only one month, the sciatica pain went away.

        I've had frequent excruciating headaches the last four years and over time, they've gotten progressively worse. I went to an M.D. that was a migrane specialist, I've tried numerous chiropractors, and I've even been treated with multiple steroid shots in my neck. After visiting Dr. Spina twice, I've been headache free for now over 2 years. (I've been meaning to write this review for about 22 months). He did resistance testing and it turned out that my body was reacting negatively to caffeine. I would highly recommend Dr. Spina.
