Horrible experience went to get my motorcycle permit. I payed the $36 they charge for it. Then the lady said i need to pay another $40 to get the endorsement and i told her i’m getting the permit only she said it’s necessary so i payed the $40 but then she said they are going to send me another driver license and the motorcycle permits when i already had a driver license!!!! Im going to see the manager Monday because she told me the manager wasn’t there till Monday.

So after speaking to one of their sister stores that wasn't able to help due to staffing issues, I tried to contact this store. Needless to say I don't know which one's worse. The one that provides a service that doesn't have the Staffing to perform that service or a location that you can call for almost 10 minutes straight it doesn't even answer the phone. I would like to add that in live time the location is "not too busy". I checked another day just to confirm...

Please update your hours of operation. I stopped in and was told you close at 5:30. Not 6.
