He will be the reason me and my family and friends will leave Sprint and go to a company that puts customer service first not profits. Coverage is spotty and many dropped calls in Arizona. Glad to switch to a more reliable carrier

        Some guy named Mario is too busy to help customers. He hung up on my sister and gave a fake number to his supervisor. "Eric" I am also making a switch from sprint and I have been with them for 20+ years. This place is a disgrace.
