I just left there. Went by to get cases for some new phones we ordered. I mentioned how we were switching over and got GOT on the ordeal (I was not happy) that TMobile over the phone did. All the lies they told. Darnell jumped right to finding out what happened and if he could fix the problem. We hadn’t turned the phones on yet so we could send then back and cancel the whole thing. So after helped me find the cases I needed he went into the account to see what the problem was. Now mind it me and my husband had been on the phone with TMobile over a period of 5 days yelling at them over all these issues with no help at all or explanation at all either. But Darnell spotting the issues immediately and explained everything. Even had Damian the store manager apply a credit for this month to help bring down the first bill to where we were told it would be. Asked me to come next bill cycle and make sure all the credits customer service promised us came off. They also explained it could take a cycle or two to hit and when it does they credit the overage we paid by doubling the credit. Something customer service could have just friggin said from jump!! He wrote out the credit and debits in front of me on paper and throughly explained everything. Then they activated my phones for me, ported my numbers over from Verizon and I didn’t have to do it on the phone. I will mention one more thing, when I wasn’t sure about the case he offered up for my daughters phone and how it would be better than a lifeproof case, he literally threw his phone on the ground to show me that it indeed was protective of the phone and screen. He sold me, I bought the vase and cover for her phone. Then he mentioned if I put it on my bill and then come back to pay it off (or I could just pay $7 a month till it’s paid off something I didn’t want to do) it would be covered under insurance for free replacement (screen protector only) if something happens. I opted not to do that because I’d rather have it paid for and on my way but I appreciate him taking his time to save me the most. Damian finished out everything and I had a great experience. So a big thumbs up to these two guys. They gave me their info so I contact them should I need anything. They shouldn’t have done that as I will use it!! So I don’t know what the bad reviews are about. Go see one of these two guys.

Terrible costumer service. Those new employees Always push you to buy thing that you don’t need. Tray to take advance senior person no familiar with new tecnology. Order phone and received wrong phone. Call several time to costumer service and only receive excuse and promises and never call me back ; very disappointing with this company year ago was the best, but no anymore

This T-Mobile knows what’s up. After getting mismatched information from another location I went and saw Darnell at this location. He was able to give me consistently proper information and got me taken care of completely. Successfully brought me over from Verizon. Thanks again!
