I just finished getting my condo back to normal after one of the worse experiences in my life. I was lucky to have Paul Sanchez as my go to guy. His customer service was excellent and helped to make all the repairs run smoothly.

They did a great job. But the only thing was they didnt cover all the furniture that was around the working area and left a lot of staples etc on the carpet. Napoleon was great at explaining at what the problem is!
Would work with this company again.

It's not often that I leave comments but I had the pleasure of meeting Napoleon Avila with ServiceMaster by Desert Dry.
I say pleasure because from the moment I met him, he provided outstanding customer service! He actually arrived on a Sunday evening and spent 2 hours walking me through the process that was to begin. He pointed out areas in the house which registered either wet or an abnormal temperature. After taking more measurements, he assured me that he would be returning the next morning to take more readings and give me more detailed information. As promised, he was there on Monday morning. More great customer service and he was able to pinpoint the areas that were wet vs areas that were just cold. He then explained the process and went straight to work. Not to be forgotten is Nick who was assisting Napoleon. Nick also had great customer service skills.
The attention to detail was amazing by both and Napoleon's communication was much appreciated. I felt very comfortable and at ease in the process. I actually look forward to seeing this process through.
