Slum lords renting to the epitome of inconsiderate, ignorant scumbags. If you're looking to rent or buy any property in Phoenix, be sure to google all properties managed by this company or Eric or Joy Stevens. If you choose or end up living adjacent to any of their properties or tenants that they obviously do not do any background checks on, expect absolutely no peace and quiet, Phoenix PD has been to their properties on numerous occasions. These owners have no intention of making life even remotely livable for any of the surrounding properties or the owners/tenants. Just do a search of their properties and then a call to local police precinct for the lengthy amount of calls regarding their tenants. All hours partying, heavy foot and vehicle traffic at all hours. Unless you're a junky that doesn't work, stay away from these properties at all costs, especially if you have young kids.
